Situated on nearly an acre with 350 feet of prime Thornapple River frontage, this project kicked off with a complete tear down of an 1875 farmhouse. The older home did not meet the needs of the modern family and the lot was desperately in need of a landscaping overhaul to improve water access.
The kitchen features “Glacier White” perimeter cabinets from Grabill Cabinets on maple in their Madison Square door style. The island features a custom painted finish to match “Ashley Gray” by Benjamin Moore also in their Madison Square door style. Countertops and backsplash are “Calacatta Novus” by ColorQuartz. The range hood is from FC&A in Allegan, Michigan.
The master bath cabinets from Grabill Cabinets include slab fronts on alder in a custom finish.
The lower level bar features cabinets from Shiloh Cabinetry on hickory in “Silas” with a “Graphite” glaze in their Lancaster door style.
